The BIE Consolidated Report Card and Individual School Report Card provides information related to the requirements of the BIE's Standards, Assessments and Accountability System (SAAS). To gauge individual school student performance levels and BIE student performance levels overall, this report measures the following academic and accountability indicators:
- Academic Achievement - proficiency on statewide Math and English Language Arts (ELA) Assessments
- Other Academic Indicator - proficiency on statewide Science Assessment
- English Learner Progress - only applies to schools with 10 or more English Learners
- Four-Year Cohort Graduation Rate
- SQSS (School Quality or Student Success) Chronic Absenteeism
Information obtained from the BIE Consolidated Report Card will assist the BIE in creating a roadmap for school improvement and support for the lowest performing schools.
Individual School Report Cards should be generated annually at the completion of a school year.
This report is only available in NASIS State Edition sites.

Tool Rights

In order to generate this report, users must have the Read tool right to the BIE Consolidated Report Card.

Report Editor Field Descriptions

| Report Type | Includes two options for selection: Individual School or BIE

| Reporting School Year | Indicates the school year the report is based on. |
| School Selector | Identifies the school the report will use to base its findings on. |
| Generate Report | Generates the report in PDF format. |
| Submit to Batch | Click the Submit to Batch button to send the extract to the Batch Queue. Batch Queue functionality provides the ability to schedule when the report is generated and reduces the amount of impact generating the report has on system performance. The report will generate in PDF format. |
Generate a Report
The BIE Consolidated Report Card can be generated in two ways: Individual School or BIE. When BIE is selected, the results are reflective of all BIE schools combined.
Individual School
BIE guidelines suggest individual school report cards should be generated annually at the completion of a school year.
- Select Individual School from Report Type.
- Select a school from the School Selector field. Only one school may be selected at a time.
- Select a year from Reporting School Year.
- Select the performance areas the report should include from Include Detail.
- Select Generate Report or Submit to Batch. The report generates in PDF format.
BIE
- Select BIE from the Report Type.
- Select a year from Reporting School Year.
- Select the performance areas the report should include from Include Detail.
- Select Generate Report or Submit to Batch. The report generates in PDF format.
