The Homeless tab records basic homeless information as well as district-defined fields. The list of homeless records is sorted by Start Date.
Nevada has defined Homeless fields that are unique to the state of Nevada. Further information on these fields is described below. For information on all other fields, please see the Homeless article.

Primary Night Time Residence
Indicates where a student, identified as Homeless, resides each night. (Pending additional information from state of Nevada.)

Student is living with multiple families.

Student is living in a hotel or motel.

Sheltered
Student lives in a shelter, transitional house, or is in the process of joining foster care.
Homeless status can be assigned to a student at any point of the enrollment period. If a student is determined Homeless at any point in the school year, the student reports as Homeless for the entire enrollment period. The amount of time the student is deemed homeless is not considered.
If the checkbox is marked, the student is considered homeless.
Students can be assigned an Unaccompanied Youth Status Code at any time during the enrollment period. If a student is determined Homeless at any point in the school year, the student reports as Homeless for the entire enrollment period. The amount of time the student is deemed homeless is not considered.
