The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for September and October 2021. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2140 pack unless otherwise noted.

New Mexico– Student Enrollment State End Status Mapping Codes Reactivated (SIS-150814)
The following mapping codes in the State End Status Code (Mapping) droplist have been reactivated:
- D1: Disregard: Record submitted in error
- D2: Disregard: Enrolled under a different State ID
Enrollment Local End Status codes are mapped to state level coding in System Administration > Enrollment > End Status Type. Every Local End Status code created at the district level must be mapped to a state level code using the End Status Type Editor. System requirements will prevent unmapped codes from being saved.

The Ed-Fi Import Tool has been updated to allow immunizations to be imported for all students by one or more schools or by all schools.
The Ed-Fi Import Tool has also been updated to show an error in the Ed-Fi Error Log for immunization records that are in Infinite Campus but not in the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.

The following Enrollment End Status code updates were made:
- ‘1924: Withdrawn due to illness’ has been deactivated. (ME State Code 01924)
- ‘2301: Unenrolled due to lack of required vaccinations’ has been added. (ME State Code 23001)
- ‘2302: Transfer to home instruction due to lack of required vaccinations’ has been added. (ME State Code 23002)

Maine – Student Personal Report Address Logic Update (SIS-150399)
Order of operations logic for determining physical and mailing addresses reported on the Student Personal Report has been corrected to the following:
- For Physical Addresses use the following Order of Operations
- The Address must be active as of the Report Effective Date
- Report the Primary Address where Mailing = FALSE
- Report the Secondary Address where Mailing = FALSE
- Report the Primary Address where Mailing = TRUE
- Report the Secondary Address where Mailing = TRUE
- For Mailing Addresses use the following Order of Operations
- The Address must be active as of the Report Effective Date
- Report the Primary Address where Mailing = TRUE
- Report the Secondary Address where Mailing = TRUE

New Mexico– Student Attendance Summary Reporting Updates (SIS-148249)
The following logic has been applied to the Student Attendance Summary report:
- One record per PK-12 student will report per school.
- If a student has an enrollment into more than one calendar in the same school during the reporting window, attendance calculations will be combined to report as one record.
- If a student has an enrollment in more than one calendar in different schools during the reporting window, one record for each school reports.
This logic applies to: Days Present, Days Enrolled, Days Absent Without An Excuse, Number of Scheduled Periods, Number of Scheduled Periods Attended, Number of Scheduled Periods Excused
- Attendance calculation logic has been updated for Days Present and Days Absent Without an Excuse reporting elements.
In addition, three new reporting fields have been added:
- Field 15: Number of Scheduled Periods
- Field 16: Number of Scheduled Periods Attendance
- Field 17: Number of Scheduled Periods Excused

New Mexico–Gender Identity Converted into New Birth Gender Field (SIS-150492)
A conversion script was used to copy the gender value from the Gender Identity field in Census > Identities into the Birth Gender field in Census > Identities > Protected Identities. Birth Gender is a protected identity that requires additional tool rights to view.

Pennsylvania - PIMS Student Template, Student Snapshot - New Fields, Updated Report Logic (SIS-149088)
The following modifications have been made to the PIMS Student Template and Student Snapshot Template:
- New fields for reporting Charter Schools have been added - AUN of Sending Charter School (field 223) and Sending Charter School Number (field 224).
- A new Gender Identity field (field 225) has been added to report to capture those students who are identifying as Non-Binary. The Gender Code field (field 15) only reports students who are binary.
- Assessment Participation 2 (Winter) (field 212), Assessment Participation 3 (Spring) (field 213) and Assessment Participation 4 (Summer) (field 214) no longer use the value of I that reports for Assessment Participation Code (field 212).
- Field 15, Gender Code, has been renamed to Gender.
- Field 27, Ethnic Code, has been renamed to Race/Ethnicity.

Localization - Virginia
Virginia Student Records Collection Fix (SIS-150557)
Logic on the Date of Entry into U.S. Schools field on the Virginia Student Records Collection has been updated to report only when the SLIFE Status Flag is marked Yes on the EL tool OR the Immigrant field on the State Reported Enrollments fields is marked Yes. Otherwise, this field reports as blank.

Wyoming – SIF 2021-2022 Updates (SIS-146751)
The following SIF updates were made:
- Logic for the StudentPersonal/UnaccompaniedYouth element has been updated to report Yes when the student’s enrollment with the latest start date is less than or equal to the current date with the Unaccompanied Youth checkbox checked.
- Logic for the StudentPersonal/FosterCare element has been updated to report based on the current status of the current date and not based on any student enrollment date.
- Logic for the StudentPersonal/StudentMilitaryConnected element has been updated to report based on the current status of the current date and not based on any student enrollment date.
- Logic for the StudentSectionEnrollment/ExtendedElement/MediumOfInstruction element has been updated to report based on the attribute Default Value when present and to report when the student’s enrollment has a future Start Date and to report when the course has a null State Code.
- Logic for the StudentSectionEnrollment/ExtendedElement/InstructionalLevel has been updated to include the following:
- InstructionLevel must report even when the student's enrollment has a future Start Date.
- InstructionLevel must report when the course has a null State Code
- Logic for the SectionInfo/ExtendedElement/InstructionalLevel element has been updated to report based on the attribute Default Value when present.
- The efficiency of the SIF batch for the StudentSectionEnrollment object has been improved.
- Logic for the StudentSectionEnrollment/EntryDate has been updated to include the following:
- When roster Start Date is Null, reports enrollment Start Date when enrollment is active on or inside the section's term dates.
- Logic for the StudentSectionEnrollment/ExitDate has been updated to include the following:
- When roster End Date is Null, reports enrollment End Date when enrollment is active on or inside the section's term dates.

The CALPADS SINF Extract has been modified to allow for all identity records associated with a student to be included in the report. By marking the Include All Identities checkbox on the report editor, the extract includes all identity records for the student between the Previous Submitted Date and the entered Reporting Date.
When this checkbox is marked, the Effective Start Date and Effective End Date fields are not available.
