Activity Registration
Activity Registration Roll Forward (SIS-147481) [Enhancement]
A new tool called "Activity Roll Forward" is now available for districts that would like to roll activities forward en masse. When activities are rolled forward, the district can update the registration and activity dates as well as make any necessary to changes to the activities forms or details. The roll forward process creates new activities and adds them to the ""Upcoming"" section of the Activity Monitor.
Future Dated Forms could not be selected when creating a copy or adding a future-dated activity. This issue was corrected.
Activity Registration Roster information is now available in Ad hoc reporting.

The Grading folder in the Filter Designer for Student Data Type filters now includes options for weighted and unweighted GPAs and weighted and unweighted GPAs with Bonus Points for compound terms The following options have been added:

- Compound Term GPA Unweighted Bonus

Blended Learning
Blended Learning Group - Cascade Enrollment End Date Preference (SIS-147708) (SIS-145133) [Enhancement]
In the Campus.2128 Release Pack, a new System Preference for Cascade Enrollment End Date to Blended Learning Group Assignment End Date was added. When this is preference is set to Yes, the Enrollment End Batch tool ends the student's Blended Learning Group Assignment with the same date as the Enrollment record. Previously, the Enrollment End Batch was not doing this.
In addition, this System Preference is ONLY available in District Edition.
This update also corrects errors received when generating the Sub Attendance Roster Report.

Google Drive Assignments (SIS-148122)
Previously, if a student attached a Google Drive file to an assignment and turned it in (transferring ownership of the document to the teacher) and then attempted to attach the file to another assignment, the student would receive an error but the file would still be attached to the second assignment. This has been corrected so that students cannot attach files to assignments if they do not have ownership of the file.

OneRoster - Missing Assignments (SIS-146587)
Logic for scores imported via OneRoster has been updated as follows: If an assignment is received via OneRoster that has a score and a status of notSubmitted (OneRoster 1.1) or missing (OneRoster 1.2), the assignment is flagged as Missing and the score is displayed throughout Instruction. The calculation for in-progress grades has been updated so that if a score is entered for an assignment flagged as Missing, that score contributes to the student's grade. Missing assignments can only have scores if 1) the school does not have a Missing Assignment Percentage set or 2) the score was received via the OneRoster API.

OneRoster 1.1 - Secondary Email (SIS-148486) [Enhancement]
An option has been added to the Settings area of the Learning Interoperability tool (Digital Learning Application Configuration) called "Use Secondary Email addresses for OneRoster 1.1." If this preference is turned on, the Secondary Email field on the Demographics tab is used to link teacher and student users in OneRoster instead of the Email field. This setting does not impact OneRoster 1.2 connections.

Scheduling – Responsive Scheduling ‘Sessions to copy offerings from’ Updated (SIS-142836)
A correction has been made to Responsive Section Builder for the ‘Sessions to copy offerings from’ drop box field. Previously, an issue occurred allowing dropped students (students who do not have an active enrollment in the current school year) to be copied into a new session. This issue has been corrected to continue to follow original logic that prevents dropped students from being scheduled into a new session when ‘Session to copy offerings from’ is used.

Districts can now import the Danielson FFT (Framework For Teaching) into Campus Staff Evaluations. The import process converts the FFT Domains, Components, Elements and Levels of Performance into Categories, Elements, Sub-Elements, and Ratings Scales that can be used in Staff Evaluations. The option to import the Danielson FFT is located on the Category Bank tool.

To protect privacy, any BIE PDF or DOCX report that contains PII will include the following statement in the report header: “CONTROLLED: This page contains PII and should be handled to protect privacy.”
Due to the number of reports in the product, this will be an ongoing process with the current focus on commonly used reports.

Additional updates to the calculation used to report the Cumulative Days Towards Truancy and Cumulative Days Present are now available.
- Cumulative Days Towards Truancy only reports attendance records that have an Excuse value of Unexcused for both In Person and Virtual learning.
- Cumulative Days Present reports All Instruction Days (the Cumulative Days in Membership value) minus All Absent Days (or portion of days) that DO NOT have a State Attendance Code of 3, 4, or 6 for both In Person and Virtual learning.

SIF OK DVAP was sending incorrect data for half day KG and PK students. To correct this issue, logic for the SIF StudentDailyAttendance/AttendanceCodeInfoRefId element has been updated to include the following:
- Students mapped to a State Grade Level Code of PK3H, PK4H, and KG/H must always now report an AttendanceCodeInfoRefId that references an existing AttendanceCodeInfo object RefId.

- Teacher Incentive Designation: indicates a teacher is an active National Board Certified Teacher, holds a current designation (Recognized, Exemplary or Master) and/or has been submitted by an LEA for a new or change of designation in the Teacher Incentive Allotment.
- Creditable Year of Service: indicates a teacher who currently qualifies for the TIA allotment or has been submitted by the LEA for a new change of designation, and is either employed by the LEA and compensated or will be compensated by the LEA for a creditable year of service.
- Graduation tab (Student)
- Financial Aid Application: indicates the student has either submitted their financial aid application or an exception.

Virginia - SRC Updates for Intensive Support Services (SIS-148052)
The Intensive Support Services field now reports when
- the Report Required Fields Only is selected,
- the Report Type is Spring, AND
- the First Semester tuition field is populated.
- If the First Semester field is blank, the Intensive Support Services field reports blank even if the Enrollment's Special Education field's Intensive Support field is populated.
When the reporting type is Spring and the Report Required Fields Only is NOT selected, the Intensive Support Services field reports even if the First Semester field is blank.
The Second Semester Special Ed Regional Tuition Reimbursement field (reported in EOY only) reports the Intensive Support Services Code when
- the Report Required Fields Only checkbox is marked, AND
- the Semester 2 Tuition Reimbursement field is populated.
If the Semester 2 Tuition Reimbursement field is blank, the Intensive Support Services Code reports blank even if the Enrollment SPED fields are populated. When the report type is EOY and the Report Required Fields only is NOT selected, the Intensive Support Services Code reports even if the Semester 2 Tuition Reimbursement field is blank.
The Summer Semester Special Ed Regional Tuition Reimbursement field (reported in Dec 1 only) now reports the Intensive Support Services Code when
- the Report Required Fields Only is selected,
- the Report Type is Dec 1, AND
- the Summer Semester Tuition field is populated.
If the the Summer Semester Tuition field is blank, the Summer Semester Special Ed Regional Tuition Reimbursement field reports blank even if the Intensive Support Services field is populated. When the Report Required Fields only is NOT selected, the Intensive Support Services code reports even if the Summer Semester Tuition Reimbursement is blank.
The following Intensive Support Codes were added to the Intensive Support Code dropdown list (Student Information > General > Enrollments > Special Ed Fields).

Wisconsin Special Ed Updates (SIS-148587)
Several updates have been made to the Wisconsin Special Ed area:

The following updates have been made to the WDE-636 extract:
- Students may only report once in Category 6 and Category 7.
- 'Category 6: 2-10' days has been updated to consider a Duration in School Days that is greater than or equal to 1.5 days and less than or equal to 10 days. 'Category 6: Removal length greater than 10 days' now considers a Duration in School Days that is greater than 10 days.
- 'Category 8: IDEA Removal to Interim Alternative Setting - Removed based on Hearing Officer' has been updated to also report Resolution Types mapped to J: Juvenile Court or JA: Juvenile Course System (Initial Alt Placement).
- 'Category 8: IDEA Removal to Interim Alternative Setting - Unilateral removal by school personnel for drugs, weapons, or serious bodily injury,' 'Category 9: IDEA Reasons for Unilateral Removal - Drugs,' 'Category 9: IDEA Reasons for Unilateral Removal - Weapons,' and 'Category 9: IDEA Reasons for Unilateral Removal - Serious Bodily Injury' have been updated to also report Resolution Types mapped to R: Removal Other Reasons and RA: Removal for other Reasons (Initial Alt Placement).
- 'Category 8: IDEA Removal to Interim Alternative Setting - Unilateral removal by school personnel for drugs, weapons, or serious bodily injury' has also been updated with new logic. To be included in this sub-report, a student must either have a Behavior Event with a Classification of Drug or Weapon or a Participant with an Injury of 4: Serious Bodily Injury. Additionally, the Behavior Resolution must not have a Modification Reason of MI: Modified due to IDEA.
