PATH: BIE Reports > BIE ISEP Certification Status
The BIE ISEP Certification Status Report is used to determine which BIE schools have completed ISEP Certification and which schools still need to complete certification.
This report is ONLY available to NASIS State Edition users.

Report Logic
This report uses the following business logic:
- This report can only be run from the NASIS Edition of Campus.
- One record will be reported for each calendar the user has rights to and is selected on the extract editor.
- The report is run by calendar, ELO, region or calendary type or a combination of all four.
Generate the Extract
- Select a Region.
- Select the ELO.
- Select the Calendar Type.
- Select the Certification Status.
- Select which calendar(s) to include within the report.
- Select the Format.
- Click the Generate Report button. The report will appear in a separate window in the designated format.

The following table describes each field on the report.

| End Year | The end year of the calendar being reported. For example, for the 2013-2014 the end year would be 2014. | Calendar.endDate | System Administration > Calendar > Calendar > End Date |
| Calendar | Name of the calendar being reported. | Calendar.name | System Administration > Calendar > Calendar > Name |
| Calendar Type | The type of calendar being reported: Instructional or Residential. | Calendar.type | System Administration > Calendar > Calendar > Type |
| Certified | Indicates whether or not the school is ISEP certified. | N/A | System Administration > Calendar > ISEP Mgmt |
| ISEP Date | The date the school was ISEP certified. If there are multiple dates/times for the same calendar, the most recent time associated with the most recent date is reported. If Certified = N, a Null value is reported. | N/A | System Administration > Calendar > ISEP Mgmt |
| ISEP Timestamp | The time in which the ISEP certification was complete. If there are multiple dates/times for the same calendar, the most recent time associated with the most recent date is reported.
