- When posting with a state/federal question on the application when there were multiple values, only the last value was posting even if the value was null. This was changed so that the null value is not the value that posts. (CDP-1676)

Orphaned OLR Health Conditions Fix

- Previously, if an OLR Health Condition record was posted to Campus but then the linked Campus Health Condition record was deleted afterwards, it will not be possible to re-post the OLR Health Condition since the OLR Health Condition will be linked to an orphaned campus conditionID. There was no indicator in the Health Staff Processing tool that the records are linked to orphaned IDs, so health administrators attempt to post the records and then nothing happened. This change will delete the orphaned Campus Condition ID prior to attempting to post the OLR Health Condition so that it will be able to post as expected. (CDP-1376)
OLR Builder

- Previously, OLR Builder fields that were set to post to custom fields in Campus would delete the Campus data in those fields when posting even if the OLR source fields were conditionally hidden based off of the parent toggle. This update prevents the deletion of that data for fields that are conditionally hidden. This applies to the data as it was saved. (CDP-1359)

OLR Dashboard

- The active year of the OLR Dashboard is now determined based on the date ranges of the various OLR Set Up entries. If the current date falls within any of the three date ranges, then the year is considered active by the Dashboard. Since multiple entries can be considered active, the system defaults to the last active year in the list, which is usually be the highest of the active years available. (CDP-1282)

Custom Data Table Fix
- An issue with parent/guardian records being saved in the student table and vice versa has been resolved. This fix prevents data from being written to a table unless the personTypeValue of the OLR person record matches the table's person type. A one time script has been included to delete all invalid records that have already been created from these custom save tables. (CDP-1181)

OLR Membership Status Update
- The Emergency Contacts for Existing type OLR applications are pulled in with their current household membership status. However, if the Verification pleat was disabled in the Emergency Contact section, all Emergency Contacts were considered not in the household. With this update, the pulled in status will be maintained when the Verification pleat is disabled. (CDP-1109)
Update Registration Screen

Several updates have been made to the Update Registration screen (CDP-1115):
- Additional instructions and warning messages have been added.
- The list of students has been changed to a list of all new people that will be pulled into the OLR application.
- A check has been added for the Update Registration button that will disable the button if either there are no new people to add to the OLR application or if there are any people, households, or addresses that are not linked to CampusIDs.
Undefined Application ID Fix
- An issue with the Application ID receiving an undefined value has been resolved. (CDP-1120)

Warning Message Typo Fix

OLR List Bank Replacer

Campus Messenger Posting Fix
- Previously, the Private Phone checkbox data was being deleted when an OLR application was posted for non-Campus Voice Messenger customers. This has been fixed. (CDP-1087)
Character Limit Increase
- The OLR Comments and Email Comments fields' character limits have been removed. (CDP-1091)
Enter Applications
Portal > Online Registration
- In the Campus.2016 release (April 2020), the captcha library was updated. When entering new OLR applications on kiosk or email links, users will now see the updated captcha. (CDP-1101)

OLR Setup

- The OLR School Years tool has been removed and its functionality has been added to the OLR Setup tool. The OLR Setup tool now determines which year is available for application entry, which year displays on the Campus Portal, and for which years applications can be submitted. (CDP-1028)
Student Entry
Portal > Online Registration > Student
- A State Race field has been added to the Race/Ethnicity pleat on the OLR application for New Mexico. This field will automatically post the value to the Census > People > Identity > State Race field when the application is posted. (CDP-1064)
- Previously, if an OLR Student Record is set to toggle based of the boundary school value, the toggle was not happening each time the boundary school changed. This update fixed the issue. (CDP-1058)
OLR Builder

- The Tribe field has been added as a post option in the OLR Builder. (CDP-1062)
- The Tribal Name field has been added as a post option in the OLR Builder. (CDP-1016)
- The Home Language Identifier and Home Language Survey Date have been added as a post option in the OLR Builder. (CDP-1022)
- The Birth Verification field has been added as a post option in the OLR Builder. (CDP-1034)
OLR Information Center

- For users still using the Open Enrollment pleat, a warning message has been added to the OLR Information Center that states the Open Enrollment pleat has been deprecated and will no longer be supported in the future and the School List field should be used instead. The Open Enrollment field has been deprecated for several years. (CDP-1045)
Email Compatibility Update
- OLR has been updated to accommodate a change made to the parameters for the email functionality in core Campus.2012. (CDP-1074)
OLR System Settings
Census > Online Registration > OLR Set Up > OLR System Setting
- A setting has been added to OLR System Settings, "Allow updating of Race/Ethnicity information for Existing students." When this option is enabled, a warning displays: "This setting will make the Hispanic question and Race checkboxes available to edit for Existing OLR Students. Please be aware that this is an UPDATE ONLY. No new Identity records will be created in Campus. The corresponding Campus Hispanic and Race checkbox field values will be DELETED and REPLACED with the OLR values once the OLR application is posted." The ability to have the Student Race/Ethnicity pleat be toggled conditionally based on a parent field's value has been disabled. Any District that already had a condition set for this pleat will have that condition removed when this update occurs and it will not be possible to set another condition. (CDP-273)
Online Registration Database View Update
- In a previous update, OLR-5.2.6 (1/15/2020), their was an issue with some OLR database views that required their removal. With this update, some of the views have been added back. (CDP-994)
