Search Terms: CTE Reports
The CTE Data Reports editor provides users with the ability to generate and submit CTE data to the Nevada Department of Education. Nevada CTE Reports consist of three Report Types:
- Student Course Combined:
- Version:
- Count Date: Reports all students actively enrolled and rostered into a CTE course as of the count date.
- End of Year: Reports all CTE students and CTE courses completed during the reported period.
- Version:
- Student Concentrators:
- Reports all students who have completed at least two credits towards a CTE Program of Study.
- Student Graduates:
- Reports all students who have completed a CTE Program of Study and are no longer enrolled in the district.
As of the Campus.2152 release, CTE Extracts (Nevada) have been rewritten to CTE Reports (Nevada).

Select Calendars | The calendar(s) from which data is pulled for the report. This field displays when the selected Filter By option is Calendar. |
Report Generation | The report can be marked to generate immediately using the Generate Report button or can be marked to generate at a later time using the Submit to Batch button. See the Batch Queue article for additional guidance. |

School Code | Student Course Combined: Reports the State School Number where courses were taken. Student Concentrators: Reports the school code of the school where concentration was achieved. If the State School Number is less than 5 digits, then the Master District Code reports concatenated with the State School Number.
