The CTE Data Reports editor provides users with the ability to generate and submit CTE data to the Nevada Department of Education. Nevada CTE Reports consist of three Report Types:

  • Student Course Combined:
    • Version:
      • Count Date: Reports all students actively enrolled and rostered into a CTE course as of the count date.
      • End of Year: Reports all CTE students and CTE courses completed during the reported period.
  • Student Concentrators:
    • Reports all students who have completed at least two credits towards a CTE Program of Study.
  • Student Graduates:
    • Reports all students who have completed a CTE Program of Study and are no longer enrolled in the district.

As of the Campus.2152 release, CTE Extracts (Nevada) have been rewritten to CTE Reports (Nevada).

  • One line will report for every Program of Study that meets all requirements when Summary is selected
  • One line will report for every course tied to a Program of Study that meets all requirements when Detail is selected

Student Graduates

  • All enrollment types are considered
  • Student must have an active enrollment record at some point during the reporting period indicated by the dates entered in the Start and End Date fields in the Extract Editor.

  • Courses are considered CTE if the SCED code or the first five digits of the State Code are included in Appendix A
  • Courses where SCED Course Level = E are not considered
  • Program of Study is defined by SCED Code - see Appendix A
  • If Program of Study is marked as "Will never pull a Concentrator" the Program will not report
    • If student has completed the indicated concentrator status lines in a Program of Study marked as "Will never pull a Concentrator" AND they have achieved a Certification in the State Award Code listed for that same Program of Study they will report one record for that combination.
