The SSID Extract collects basic student data for submission to the state department of education. The extract can also be used to report students who do not have state IDs.

Report Logic
This extract returns one record for each student enrolled in the selected calendar on or before the Snapshot Date entered. If the Students w/o SSIDs checkbox is selected in the extract editor, only students who do not have Student State IDs will report.
Generating the Extract
- Enter a Snapshot Date in mmddyyyy format or by clicking the calendar icon and selecting a date.
- Indicate if only Students w/o SSIDs should be included in the report.
- Enter an SSID User Name, which is the user name assigned by IBM.
- Select a Batch File Type of Normal Processing or Validate SSIDs. The option selected reportes at the beginning of the extract.
- Select the Format in which the report should be generated. Use State Format (CSV) for submission to the state or HTML for data review and verification.
- Select which Calendar(s) should be included in the report.
- Click Generate Extract to view the report in the designated format.
