Rx Pack - Campus.2519

The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for May 2025. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).

It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.

Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2523 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Assessment

Assessment Score Import Updated (SIS-189132)

When importing test scores, if a score field column mapped to calculate or import has a blank cell, the row no longer fails. The score field is saved as null or its default database value. All other mapped score fields with valid, populated values are imported or calculated as expected.

Tests with Multiple Levels Not Importing (SIS-184670)

There was an issue with data not saving to the database when users imported an assessment with more than two hierarchical levels. This issue was resolved. Users can import and view up to 4 hierarchical levels of an assessment. All levels/related data persist in the database and are retrievable and viewable in the UI.

Localization - Arizona

Arizona - ZZZ Enrollments and EL Records (SIS-186969)

ZZZ enrollment logic has been updated to allow for Local Service Types other than P: Primary for all Ed-Fi resources. The Local Service Type must be the same across all enrollments in the ZZZ enrollment chain.

Localization - Montana

Montana State Grade Level and Course Updates (SIS-187747)

The KG: Kindergarten state grade level was added. The previous KF: Kindergarten Full-Time and KH: Kindergarten Half-Time codes were deprecated. For the 2025-2026 school year, those students with a KH or KF local grade level mapping have been converted to the new KG: Kindergarten value. 

On the District Assignment tool, the MT SPED Level values, "3 to 5 (Not KH/KF)" and "6 and up (KH/KF to grade 12)," were updated to "3 to 5 (Not Kindergarten)" and "6 and up (Kindergarten to grade 12)."

2025-2026 School Year Assessments associated with the old Test Grade Level values were also converted to the new Kindergarten value.

Several updates and fixes were implemented for the Course Information, Course Masters, and Transcript tools for Montana, including:

  • The SCED Highest Grade Level and SCED Lowest Grade Level fields no pull from the correct Attribute Dictionaries (Course.scedHighestGrade and Course.scedLowestGrade). Both of these dictionaries were also updated.
  • Data conversion was done for the 25-26 school year course records:
    • Courses with a SCED Highest Grade of KF or KH were converted to KG.
    • Courses with a SCED Lowest Grade of KF or KH were converted to KG.
  • The SCED Highest Grade Level and SCED Lowest Grade Level fields are required, regardless of whether a NCES Code is entered.

Tennessee – Ed-Fi Staff Section Associations Updates (SIS-188941)

The logic for the beginDate element in the Staff Section Associations resource has been updated to look at the Enrollment start date if a student does not have a Roster start date.

A resync on the Staff Section Associations resource needs to be completed with this update.

Missouri Section Student Detail List Update (SIS-187421)

The list of institutions available in the Dual Credit Site Code dropdown on Missouri's Section Student Detail tool was updated to include St. Louis University and Webster University.

Localization - North Carolina

North Carolina - Corrected Logic for LCS Pull-Out Sections with Dual Language Immersion (SIS-189164)

Errors were occurring when generating the LCS Class Size Average report if the mapped roster State Grade did not correspond to the course code.

The issue was resolved by removing grouping by state grade.

Child Scores Not Published (SIS-188831)

Child assessment scores did not import when publishing tests from the State to District level. The Assessment Center publishing logic was updated to check the published flag only on the root test, allowing scores to import correctly.

North Carolina - NC LCS CSA Report Corrections & Modifying Combo Logic (SIS-189045)

The following have been fixed for the NC LCS Collection Report:

  • Updated formula for ClassSize column on Class Size Average Report

  • Adjusted LCS Class Size Average Report to calculate based on results generated in Class Size Report

Resolved an issue where household phone numbers were receiving Opt-Out text messages when end-dated household members demographics information was updated.

Kentucky SAAR Report Update (SIS-188768)

The Kentucky SAAR report was updated so users can either generate the RL Five Low Attendance Days or RL Ten Low Attendance Days record, but not both at the same time.

North Carolina - PMR Detail, Summary Reports: Mid-Year Promotions (SIS-187123)

The PMR Detail Report has been modified to address issues with Mid-Year Promotions. Students who changed grade levels during a reporting period now appear twice in the report, once for each grade level, and ADM calculations are now correctly applied to each grade level in the PMR Summary.

Messenger 2.0 Performance Tuning and Message Recipient Batch Improvements (SIS-188687)

Enhanced the process of Messenger campaigns to batch insert message recipients to improve performance and addressed an issue that can result in terminated connections with very large recipient lists.

Localization - Kansas

Kansas - New KIAS file format for 2024-2025 (SIS-187769)

The Kansas Individual Attendance System (KIAS) extract has been updated to meet the new file format requirements released by the Kansas Department of Education. Several fields have been removed and replaced with new fields and logic, and report headers have been modified to align with the new format.

Minnesota - DIRS Extract Updates (SIS-186629)

The DIRS Extract has been updated to report Reasonable Force Used information from the Reasonable Force fields in the Behavior module.

The DIRS Extract has also been updated to report the ‘Drug Type Other Description’ field, which reports the description for other drug types not found in the Drug Type selection list.

Minnesota – New Behavior Reasonable Force Fields (SIS-188355)

The Reasonable Force Used and Reasonable Force Role fields have been enabled in the Behavior tool to support Reasonable Force data reporting in the DIRS report. These fields are available when the role is victim or offender.

New Hampshire-iNHDEX- Student Class Extract Updates (SIS-186370)

The following changes were made to the Student Class extract:

  • Reporting population logic was updated to prevent duplication.
  • Section Number was updated to accept larger numbers to address issues with the extract generating errors.
  • Logic for the 'courseGradeId' data element was updated to calculate the Grading Task for each Student/Course combination using the following priority order:
    • Only consider Grading Tasks marked as State Reported.
    • Only consider Grading Tasks where the student has a Score.
    • Use the Grading Task with the highest Task ID if there are still multiple Grading Tasks at this point.
  • "Grading Task" dropdown field was removed from the iNHDEX extract editor for any extract that does not use the field.

Localization - Vermont

Vermont Ed-Fi FRAM Updates (SIS-182977)

A list of new codes is now available for the FRAM Eligibility Certificate Type. These codes currently save as the state-reported code based on the selections made on the eligibility record and report on the Student School Food Service Program Association resource. For the 25-26 configuration year they also display in the Ed-Fi Resource Mapping tool. The codes include:

  • 130% FPL due to Categorical Eligibility
  • 130% FPL due to SNAP DCERT
  • 130% FPL due to TANF or Other DCERT
  • 130% FPL due to MEDICAID DCERT
  • 185% FPL due to MEDICAID DCERT
  • 130% FPL due to NSLP App.
  • 185% FPL due to NSLP App.
  • 185% FPL due to HIF

Campus Instruction

Curriculum List - Visual Improvements (SIS-187378)

Improvements have been made to the Curriculum List to make navigation options more clear, especially when accessing the List from the Teaching Center. The three numbers that display for curriculum items have been redesigned to display as buttons. Teachers can easily score an assignment from the Teaching Center by clicking the assignment icon to open the List and then clicking the Scored button to open the scoring screen. From there, click Close to return to the Curriculum List.

Massachusetts -  SIF StudentSchoolEnrollment Updates (SIS-182629)

The HQCPParticipation & InnovationCareerPathwaySector elements in the StudentSchoolEnrollment object have been updated to report based on the selection in the UI Fields.

The two-digit values have been removed from the HQCP Program Participation list.

Code 54 has been removed from the Innovative Career Pathway Sector field.

Missouri MOSIS Student Assignment and Student Course Completion Update (SIS-185644)

The logic for reporting the ReceivingCollDistCode, DualCreditSite, and SendDistCode data elements on the MOSIS Student Assignment extract was updated to report from the Dual Credit Site Code on the Course Section tool.

The logic for reporting the DualCreditSite, SendDistCode, and SendSchoolCode data elements on the MOSIS Student Course Completion extract was also updated.
