Errors and Warnings

The Special Education Exit Report contains a set of Errors and Warnings if any portion of your data must be cleaned up prior to a final submission of the Special Education Exit Report. You must address any students who show in the warnings in order for those students to pull on the report.

The Warning page is a report that runs when you click the Generate Report button in the extract editor. The Warning report displays first. You may then click the "Click Here to Generate the final extract" button to generate the actual report.

A placeholder line for each Error or Warning exists on the Error/Warning page as a reference, even if there are no actual Errors or Warnings.  These warnings are informative and do not prevent you from generating the extract.

Until the exit statuses are fixed, the report displays a blank for that student's exit date and/or exit status.
