Fields on the Graduation tab that are specific to the state of Arizona are described below. For information on all other fields, please see the Graduation article.
It is important to note that all state-specific fields on the Graduation tab are used only for district-tracking purposes and are NOT used in state reporting.
General Graduation Information Editor
Diploma Type
The Diploma Type drop-list allows users to select the type of plan under which the student graduated. This field is used only for district-tracking purposes and is not used for state reporting.

|---|
| A | Attended-Concluded HS not expected to reenroll | Student (a) Neither met course study requirements or Individual Education Plan NOR received a passing score on the AIMS test; or (b) turned 22 years of age, or (c) was a twelfth grade foreign exchange student (used only in grades 11 or 12). Attendees have concluded their high school education and are not expected to re-enroll. |
| C | Completed course of Study | Student either
(a) completed course of study requirements but DID NOT receive a passing score on the AIMS test; or
(b) completed Individual Education Plan requirements but DID NOT receive a passing score on the AIMS test (used only in grades 11 or 12). Completers have concluded their high school education and are not expected to re-enroll. |
| G | Graduated | Student either
(a) completed course of study requirements and received a passing score on the AIMS test; or
(b) completed Individual Education Plan requirements and received a passing score on the AIMS test (used only in grades 11 or 12). Graduates are issued high school diplomas from the school district. |
| SA | Still Enrolled (AIMS) | Student is still enrolled because student
(a) fulfilled course of study requirements but DID NOT receive a passing score on the AIMS test, or
(b) completed Individual Education Plan requirements but DID NOT receive a passing score on the AIMS test (used only in grade 12). |
| SC | Still Enrolled (Course Study Reqs) | Student is still enrolled because the student either (a) DID NOT meet course of study requirements for graduation but received a passing score on the AIMS test, or (b) DID NOT complete Individual Education Plan but received a passing score on the AIMS test (used only in grade 12). |
| SE | Still Enrolled (Met No Reqs) | Student is still enrolled because student (a) NEITHER met course study requirements NOR received a passing score on the AIMS test, or (b) NEITHER completed Individual Education Plan NOR received a passing score on the AIMS test (used only in grade 12). |

Post Grad Plans
The Post Grad Plans field allows districts to track information about a student's potential plans once they have graduated from high school. This field is used only for district-tracking purposes and is not used for state reporting.

State Reporting Graduation Fields
The State Reporting Graduation fields are unique to the state of Arizona. These fields allow districts to enter graduation-specific data for each student in the state of Arizona.

| Arts-D | AZ State Arts Education Profiency Seal - Dance | This diploma seal is administered by the Arizona Department of Education’s Office of Arts Education and is awarded to graduates who complete minimum arts pathway requirements throughout their high school career in dance. |
| Arts-Ma | AZ State Arts Education Profiency Seal - Media Arts | This diploma seal is administered by the Arizona Department of Education’s Office of Arts Education and is awarded to graduates who complete minimum arts pathway requirements throughout their high school career in media arts. |
| Arts-Mu | AZ State Arts Education Profiency Seal - Music | This diploma seal is administered by the Arizona Department of Education’s Office of Arts Education and is awarded to graduates who complete minimum arts pathway requirements throughout their high school career in music. |
| Arts-T | AZ State Arts Education Profiency Seal - Theatre | This diploma seal is administered by the Arizona Department of Education’s Office of Arts Education and is awarded to graduates who complete minimum arts pathway requirements throughout their high school career in theatre. |
| Arts-Va | AZ State Arts Education Profiency Seal - Visual Arts | This diploma seal is administered by the Arizona Department of Education’s Office of Arts Education and is awarded to graduates who complete minimum arts pathway requirements throughout their high school career in the visual arts. |
| Biliteracy | AZ State Seal of Biliteracy | The student has achieved proficiency in English plus at least one additional language. The seal is placed on the student’s diploma and noted on the transcript. |
| Civics | AZ State Seal of Civics Literacy | The student has attained a high level of proficiency in Civics. |
| Finance | AZ State Seal of Personal Finance | The student has attained a high level of proficiency in personal finance. |
