The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for May 2022. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2223 pack unless otherwise noted.

Indiana - Ed-Fi Course Transcripts and Sections Updates (SIS-156123)
The Course Transcripts resource has been updated to send a value in the postSecondaryInstitution element when the Credit Type is Dual Credit.
The Sections resource has been updated to report a course as ‘Face-to-face instruction’ when the Medium of Instruction field on a section is blank. If the Medium of Instruction field is not blank, then the value populated in the field is reported.
A resync on the Course Transcripts and Sections resources needs to be completed with this update.

Token Error in Campus Parent Because of Calendars (SIS-155830)
Some Campus Parent users were seeing a token error in Campus Parent > Fees if their district used a significant number of calendars. This issue was corrected.

Localization - Hawaii
Hawaii Behavior Management Update (SIS-156101)
Previously, logic was added to the Hawaii Behavior Management tool that the Alternate Educational Activities multi-select list was required when the Behavior Resolution was associated with Behavior State Code = AEA: Alternate Educational Activities (Campus.2219, SIS-154541). This has been removed and replaced with the following logic:
A new State Resolution Code was added for Alternate Educational Activities (System Administration > Custom > Attribute Dictionary > Behavior > State Code). This is now required when the Resolution of the incident is a "Dismissal." When the Behavior Resolution State Code selected is AEADS on the Resolution Detail screen, the Alternate Education Activities multi-select list then becomes required.

Texas Disability Code (SIS-155679)
The Summer Student Program for submission 3 reported the DisabilityCode as '00' for students who had exited from services. This has been corrected. The student's primary, secondary, and tertiary disability codes (if applicable) now report if the student has exited from services.

Texas - TSDS Student Discipline Interchange - Inconsistent Code of Conduct Indicator (SIS-155744)
Logic for the Inconsistent Code of Conduct Indicator has been modified as follows:
- When the Inconsistent Code of Conduct Indicator checkbox is marked, a value of 1 reports. When it is not marked, a value does not report.
- When the Inconsistent Code of Conduct Indicator is not marked AND the Disciplinary Action Code is 01-05, 07-12, 15, 25, 50-53, 55-59, or 61, a value of 0 (zero) reports.

Update for Ad Hoc Reporting with Fee and Custom Tab Data (SIS-154752)
An error was displaying when users tried to use Ad Hoc filters that included Fee data and data from a custom tab. This issue was corrected.

Login Security Settings Causing Conflict with User Account Settings (SIS-155996)
If the Login Security Setting for Two Factor Authentication with a frequency was set, users who also had two factor authentication enabled on their user account settings were encountering a configuration error when attempting to log into Infinite Campus, preventing them from successfully logging in. This issue was corrected.

California - State Format on CALPADS Student Information (SIS-155746)
The Residential State and Mailing State were reporting as US-US-XX, instead of US-XX. This has been corrected.

When using the Classic Navigation, the student's Summary tool can be viewed as either the Classic Summary Tab or the New Summary Tab. On the New Summary Tab, comments were not displaying on the student's Summary tool when hovering over the blue information icon. This has been corrected.

Option to Print Specific Year(s) (SIS-154777)
Districts can now select which years they want to include on a printed Fee Billing Statement. As part of this change, a new field called "Years to Print" was added to the top of the Fees tool. In that field, users can select which years they want to include.
