PATH: NV State Reporting > DF20 Credit Deficiency Report
The DF20 Credit Deficiency Report is an aggregated student count by Grade Level used by districts to create lists of students that meet state defined grade level deficiency reporting criteria. This report and its associated elements are reported as designated by the Nevada Accountability Handbook.
The Credit Deficiency Report reports students enrolled in grades 10 - 12 that are actively enrolled in the current school year and calculates an aggregate of students by grade level.

Report Logic
- Students are calculated on the Snapshot Date based upon their enrolled Grade Level.
- Student enrollment must have a Service Type = P.
- Students in the following grade levels with less than the following credits report:
- Grade 10 – less than 5 credits
- Grade 11 – less than 11 credits
- Grade 12 – less than 17 credits
- Credits from the current school year are not included in the Total Credits Earned.

Snapshot Date |
Students report according to their enrolled grade level on the selected Snapshot Date. Enter a date by typing in mmddyy format or by using the calendar icon to choose a date. |

| Format | Determines the format for the report. Use the State Format (CSV) when submitting the final data. Use HTML for data review and testing. |
| District-Wide | Marking this checkbox automatically selects all schools in the active school year. |
| Ad Hoc Filter | Selection includes only those students included in the filter. |
| Calendar | Selected calendar indicates which students will be included in the report. Multiple calendars can be selected at one time; it is recommended that all calendars in a district not be selected as this will increase the amount of time it takes to generate the extract. The calendar chosen in the Campus toolbar is already selected. |
| Generate Report | Displays the selected calendar information and extract immediately for review and printing in the selected format. |
| Submit to Batch | Delays the extract generation to a designated time. See the Batch Queue article for more information. |
