The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for June and July 2021. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2128 pack unless otherwise noted.

Payments Migration Update (SIS-147891)
Changes were made to improve the transition for districts migrating to the new payments platform. For some districts, the first deposit was being declined, because of a negative value. Changes were made to assist the first deposit.

Arizona - Ed-Fi Student Needs, Student Program Association, Student Special Education Program Association, and Student Education Organization Responsibility Association Resource Updates for Tuition Out Students (SIS-147879)
The triggering logic for the Student Needs, Student Program Association, Student Special Education Program Association, and Student Education Organization Responsibility Association resources has been updated to only look at the Resident District field when the Local Service Type on the enrollment is A:Ancillary, O:Program Only, C:Concurrent Course Work, D:Dropout Recovery Program, or G:Grand Canyon Diploma.
The End Date logic in the Student Special Education Program Association resource and the Special Education need in the Student Needs resource has been updated for reporting students with multiple overlapping enrollments.
A resync on the Student Needs, Student Program Association, Student Special Education Program Association, and Student Education Organization Responsibility Association resources needs to be completed with this update.

Indiana - Ed-Fi Resource Updates (SIS-148111)
The following Ed-Fi updates have been made with this case:
- Attendance-2 and Attendance-6 errors that were occurring have been corrected.
- The 33 End Status now sends in attendance as Expelled.
- The Enrollment Exclude will exclude records from sending.
- An unknown transformation error occurring for Grading Periods has been resolved.
- The Language and Birth Country errors that were occurring have been resolved. Districts need to set a default value of 211 on the Home Primary Language attribute and USA on the Birth Country attribute.
- The Day Events have been updated to send correctly.
- The Race Type descriptors have been updated to send correctly.
- The CorpIDs for Phalen Academy have been updated to send from the Ed-Fi ID on the School tab.

Missouri - Virtual Day Minutes (SIS-148239)
Virtual Day Minutes were reporting more than the Calendar Day Instructional Minutes on the Attendance Audit Report and the MOSIS Enrollment and Attendance Extract. This has been corrected to not allow Virtual Day Minutes to be higher than the total Instructional Minutes.

The instructionDuration element in the Calendar Dates resource has been updated to send attendance for codes 10 and 11 when the duration is 1.0.
A resync on the Student School Attendance Event and Calendar Dates resources needs to be completed with this update.

Missouri - Distance Learning Days Calculation (SIS-147886)
The attendance calculation used to determine distance learning attendance has been modified. All in seat time for a student is used to calculate the distance learning attendance, whether the student is in a blended learning group or not.

The following logic was updated/added for the SIF SectionInfo/Teacher1ID element:

- Reports the Staff State ID for the staff person assigned to the section based on the following:
- Staff History Start Date is null or <= current date
- Staff History End Date is the latest on the Staff History tab, or is null.

You can now generate the SIRS Student Daily Attendance extract using a date range instead of an effective date. Now, the report only includes attendance events found between the Start and End date entered on the extract editor.

New York - SIRS Student Daily Attendance Update for Local Start Statuses (SIS-147602)
Records were reporting for students when their enrollment had one of the following Local Start Statuses (called an Enrollment Code in the SIRS Manual). Records should not report for these students. This issue was corrected.
- 5654 - Enrollment in an AHSEP program
- 5555 - Student enrolled for the purpose of recording a test score (walk-in)
- 5905 - CSE or CPSE responsibly only
- 8294 - School aged children on the roster for census purposes only

Localization - Arizona
Arizona - Ed-Fi Student Needs, Student Program Associations, and Student Special Education Program Associations Updates for Multiple Credentials (SIS-147770)
The Student Needs, Student Program Associations, and Student Special Education Program Associations resources were previously not sending records for districts with multiple credentials in a school year. The triggering logic for these resources has been updated to look at the District Number field on the Ed-Fi Connection Credentials if the enrollment Resident District does not match the State District Number on the District Information tab.
Districts with multiple credentials for a school year need to populate the District Number field within the Ed-Fi Connection Credentials in order to report data correctly. The District Number field must be 9 characters in length. It is crucial that trailing zeroes are added to the number to make it 9 characters long. Any leading zeros will be removed by the UI.
A resync needs to be performed on the Student Needs, Student Program Associations, and Student Special Education Program Associations resources with this update.

In the Campus.2124 Release, a new PreK Program table was created and a script was run to convert PreK Program data from the previous table to the new table. The script did not account for there not being data to convert.
To correct this, a new script has been created that converts exiting PreK Program data from the old table to the new table, and now accounts for there not being data to convert.

The Term field in the FR extract has been updated to first look at to the Code field on the reported Grading Task. Otherwise, the Term field reports based on existing logic.

Saving Local Student Numbers and State IDs (SIS-147539)
After taking the Campus.2120 Release, users reported not being able to save local student numbers. This has been corrected.
As part of this correction, the following issues have also been addressed:
- Special characters are now allowed in the User Group Name, User Name and Student Number. Approved special characters are: ~, `, !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, ( ), -, _, +, =, { }, [ ], |, \, ',', < >, /, ?, ", ', :, ;
- Large values (up to 15 characters) can now be entered for a Student Number.
- The ability to generate Student numbers for new and existing students through the Student Locator now functions correctly.

Indiana - Ed-Fi Corp ID, Ed-Fi IDs, and Event Duration Updates (SIS-135946)
The Ed-Fi logic has been updated to report from the Ed-Fi School ID field for a school, when populated, as an override to the Corp ID.
A script has been created to copy the Student State ID to the Ed-Fi ID field.
The Event Duration in the Calendar Dates resource has been updated to report a value of ‘1’ when the Duration is ‘0’ or blank, there are no day events, and the day is marked as Instructional and Attendance Taking.

With this bug, the user was required to be an active Team Member for the student AND have tool rights to the Documents tool in order to view and click on the IEP icon on a Roster. This has been corrected that users only need to be an active member to view an IEP via the Roster.
