Campus Learning Licensing

PATH: System Administration > Campus Learning > Campus Learning Licensing

The Campus Learning Licensing tool allows users to track Campus Learning licenses, including managing current licenses and requesting new ones. A 45-day provisional license is available for users to experiment with the features available in Campus Learning.

Users with a Product Security Role: SIS can access this tool, view other Campus Learning tools, and assign tool rights for provisional or full licenses.

Use the Licensing tool to review existing licenses and request new ones.

Visit What is Campus Learning? for more information about what is included in the Campus Learning offering. Use the Campus Learning Usage tool to review how participants have used the Campus Learning tools offered during the provisional license.

Requesting a Campus Learning License

  1. Before requesting a license, review the Contact Information at the top of the screen. This contact information will be used by Campus Sales.
  2. Mark District-wide license. The estimated annual cost is calculated in the bottom corner based on the number of students enrolled on the current day or the previous October 1st, whichever value is higher. Click on the estimate for more information.
  3. Click Request License to enable a provisional license to Campus Learning for your district. Campus Sales will be in contact soon to discuss the requested license. A provisional license can only be requested one time. If a license is requested again once provisional access has expired, Campus Sales will be in contact soon.

Make sure to give users rights to Campus Learning tools through Users or User Groups.

Existing Licenses

If these licenses were purchased previously, additional information displays for existing licenses. Additional licenses cannot be requested, but existing licenses can be upgraded to district licenses.

Districts can upgrade school and teachers licenses to a district-wide license by marking the District-wide License checkbox and clicking Update License.
