The Ed-Fi Configuration tool is used to establish Ed-Fi data resources.
The following describes how to set the resource preferences for the Sections resource.
Select the appropriate Ed-Fi Code for the Instructional Delivery Mode Descriptors. The Show Inactive button can be used to show Instructional Delivery Mode Descriptors that are not active.
Course Online Learning Attribute Dictionary System Administration > Custom > Attribute Dictionary > Course > Online Learning UI Location Scheduling > Courses > Online Learning 
Select a Instructional Language Override if necessary.
Instructional Language Overrides UI Location Scheduling > Courses > Instruction Language 
Select the appropriate Ed-Fi Code for the Medium of Instruction Descriptors. The Show Inactive button can be used to show Medium of Instruction Descriptors that are not active.
Course Instruction Method / EE Location Attribute Dictionary System Administration > Custom > Attribute Dictionary > Course > Instruction Method UI Location Scheduling > Courses > Instruction Method / EE Location 
Click Save.
