This entity represents the staff contact information.

Object Triggering

ActionBusiness Rules
PostWhen a staff member is created with Census data that is required by this resource.

Do Not Report a record if any of the following conditions are met.

  1. Staff member does not have a state staff ID.
  2. Staff Member does not have a District Assignment record or the District Assignment record is not active.
  3. Staff Members Active District Assignment is marked Exclude.
PutWhen any field not a part of the natural Key is changed.
Delete/PostWhen any part of the natural keys have changed.
DeleteWhen the active district assignment is deleted.

  1. If the staff District Employment record is marked as district staff, generate the district ID + 000.
  2. If the District Employment record is not marked as district Staff, generate the district ID = the school that the staff member is assigned to in District Assignment.
  3. If the staff District Employment record is not marked as district staff, the staff member does NOT have an District assignment, do not report this resource for the staff member.

Mandatory to report are:

  1. Street Number and Name
  2. City
  3. State Abbreviation
  4. Postal Code
  5. Address Type

Contact TitleThe Title of the staff member.Always report 'Unified Access'.

 Contact TypeReport the type of contact.Report as 'Other'.O

 Electronic Email AddressReport the staff members Email address.Only report email is 'Email' is populated.  only consider secondary email if 'Email' is not populated.MCensus > People >Email
TelephoneReport the telephone number for the staff member.
  1. Report the number from the following Hierarchy
    1. Cell
    2. Other
    3. Work
  2. If all three are populated report Cell.  If two are populated, report the one with the highest order on the above list.
