The BOR (Board of Regents) Transcript is an official transcript that can be submitted electronically to the South Dakota Board of Regents.

Preview SD BOR Release
Clicking the Preview button generates the BOR Transcript in PDF format in another browser window. A school and calendar must be selected in the Campus Toolbar for data to appear on the transcript.
The Transcript comes in five parts:

Header
The transcript header includes information about both the school and the student, including identification numbers and telephone and address information. The Enrollment History section lists all of the enrollments for that student at that school. Transcript Statistics provide GPA, Class Rank and Percentile calculated in various ways. The header also lists demographic information about the student, as well as diploma information if the student has graduated.

Each additional page after the first has the following header at the top:

Vaccination History
The Vaccination History section displays the student's current vaccination dates and doses. Only the following vaccines are reported within this section:
- MMR
- DTaP-DTP
- Polio
- HIB
- HEP B 3 Dose or 2 Dose
- Varicella

Grades By Year
The following section lists the courses the student has taken, listed alphabetically and grouped by school year/grade. For each course, the grade received, the weight of that grade in GPA calculation and the credits earned are listed.

The State Course Code reports for each course grade. Previous years (prior to 2011-12) report the Course Number.
Standardized Tests
The BOR Transcript also lists all of the standardized tests the student has taken.

Credit Summary
The Credit Summary lists the number of credits the student has attempted and earned. Credits are grouped by type of core requirement or elective, with the required number of credits in parenthesis after the group type.

Graduation Endorsements
The Graduation Endorsements section indicates any and all endorsements a student may have.

Release to SD BOR
Selecting the Release button submits an electronic copy of the student's transcript to the South Dakota Board of Regents (Image 10).
This is not available for users who have Read rights to Transcripts.
