Marking the Enable the following services within the Campus Digital Repository checkbox next to the following services allows you to enable the Campus Digital Repository for the tools that use that service.
Service | Description |

Behavior | Enabling this services allows you to enable or disable file attachments for behavior tools. |
Discussions | Enabling this service allows you to enable and disable file attachments for Discussions . |
Human Resources (HR) | Enabling this service allows you to enable and disable the document upload feature in the Human Resources module. |
Instruction | Enabling this service allows you to enable and disable the document upload feature in Campus Instruction for specific schools. |
Meetings | Enabling this service allows you to enable or disable the file attachment feature in the Meetings module. |
Person | Enabling this service turns on the Person Documents tab within the Student Information and Census modules. After you enable this service, you can enable and disable the document upload feature for specific tools (that use the Person service) within Campus. Enabling and disabling the document upload feature for specific tools is performed on the Person tab. |
Staff Evaluations | Enabling this service allows you to enable and disable the document upload feature in the Staff Evaluations module. After the service is turned on, administrators can select the option to allow uploading files on evaluation templates. Enabling and disabling the file upload feature for specific evaluations is performed in the Staff Evaluations Setup tool. |
